Close Nit was a superbly run and efficient business and experience. I would highly recommend it.
My daughter unfortunately got lice from school she had many eggs in her hair I was so overwhelmed. We came to close nit was walked through the process and received a lot of knowledge. After leaving we never saw another egg in her hair again. I highly recommend this route if you or your child happens to get lice!
Close Nit is the best! The women who work there are so friendly and professional. They put our whole family at ease and made this process feel very easy.
Dealing with the stress of lice or possibility lice, Close Nit made it so easy. One appointment for the entire family and a smooth process for the kiddo with lice. No shame given to them or mom. A lot of education given about what to do at home ect. I felt so comfortable. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I ever do I know exactly where I am returning.

I made a Close-Knit appointment and I planned to stay however long was needed if any lice were found. Camille was so thoughtful and patient. I called her, and she took all 3 of us that same morning. It was a quick and easy process. Her whole team is friendly and very knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with the chains. Take yourself to Camille. She's got you.
I found this business to be professional, friendly, and courteous. Lice can be a very stressful situation and they made it feel easy and no big deal. Similar to having the common cold. They were gentle with kids, made them feel at ease and answered all of their questions. I would highly recommend them.
CloseNit is such a hidden gem in the South Shore community & across MA. I wish every parent was able to know about these amazing ladies & at least speak w/ Nikki or the owner before trying to work on it on their own w/ OTC products that just arn't effective as they used to be!
I was so lucky a close friend recommended I bring my kids in & get checked here versus another clinic that is closer to us. At first, I wasnt going to get them checked but i finally did for my friends peace of mind since our children always play together after school. & guess what!! We all had it. For weeks! & we didnt even know. I kept telling her that my kids were fine & didnt get it from her kids but caved & ended up looking for places around me to get my kids checked for lice. I looked into a few companies around me as close as 15 minutes to over an hour and a half away or more.
I ended up chosing to bring my family to Camille & her team at CNF becuase of my friend & school nurses recommendations and we were not disappointed.
As soon as my family & I walked in the salon I just knew we were going to be in good hands. The team really put me & my children at ease & I was so relieved they could help me take this major stress away quickly & get everyone back on track w/ out missing a beat. There is soo much more I could say about closenitfamily & how much they truly took care of my family in a time of need but ill try to stop it here. These women really care about you & your children

I can’t say enough about how amazing Close Knit was. I was brushing my daughter’s hair one morning last week and found active lice. I went online immediately made an appointment for an hour later. They welcomed us with friendly,

But she didn’t complain once. Might have been the tv show, or the ring pop, but they made sure her experience was excellent and not traumatizing. We hope to not have to go back, but love knowing such a clean, kid friendly, and welcoming place exists if we need too!

Lice is a nightmare for every parent out there. We found out Thursday (of a holiday weekend) and Friday morning were in the chairs at Close Nit Family. The employees were WONDERFUL and talked me off the ledge. They taught me so much and were so kind to our children. We walked out of there with clean heads and less stress. I would recommend them over and over!
Highly recommend Close Nit Family Lice Removal! I was exposed to a child in my care who had confirmed lice, and of course started to panic. I went in for a head check and everyone there was amazing and so informative. Thankfully the process was quick as it was just a head check! I had plenty of questions for the girls, and they made me feel 10x better walking out of there. I had instant relief and felt so much better. If ever this happens again in the future I will gladly be back, and let everyone know how awesome this business is!

My head was itchy, my mind started spiraling. I was thinking “oh no! Not lice! If I have it, I’m sure my kids do too.” I checked my kids… didn’t see anything. Then realized I can’t check my own head. I went on to their website and was able to book an appointment that worked for my schedule. They had tons of appointments available through out the weekend and week ahead. I booked an appointment for myself. We arrived and were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcoming. I sat down and took a deep breath, thinking the worst. As she checked my hair, I was educated about lice, the lifecycle and how to properly treat it. As the lice check went on….i grew nervous and then asked how it was going. She said that I was clear and she didn’t see anything. I do have scalp psoriasis and I was mistaking the itching for lice.
I was so very grateful that she took her time, calmed my nerves and was extremely thorough with her check. If we or someone we know, ever ends up with lice, they are the first we will think of. The guarantee you will be lice free, as long as you follow their steps.
